- | A really solid all-around player, Cardougan played as if he was still being recruited (he committed to Marquette last week). Immediately, you notice that he is a leader on the court. He is a little heavy in the upper body, but that just enables him to overpower smaller point guards and also allows him to get his shot off inside against bigger players. He does not mind contact at all, and finished several times despite getting fouled while going to the rim. He ran the pick-and-roll | +

- | **December, 2007**: Cadougan has a body that resembles Nic Wise (Arizona) and his game is quite similar as well. He is a true point guard who can orchestrate an offense or create his own shot off the dribble. His body type allows him to finish plays against taller opponents and he can hang in the air with relative ease, despite his weight. His jump shot is solid out to the stripe, but his mid-range jump shot is more efficient. In addition, he's a very good rebounder, despite his size. Overall, I'm a bit concerned about his body (susceptible to weight gain) in terms of upside, but his savvy, skill and competitive nature should land him some mid-high range offers. | +

- | Junior Cadougan is a strong and stocky point guard who is originally from Canada, but is now playing his high school ball in Houston. Cadougan has good vision for a point guard and he is an excellent playmaker. He can also score the ball and is a very good shooter. Unlike a lot of kids that come to the states from Canada, Cadougan has a good feel for the game as well. The biggest concern with him is his weight. He is a guy who must be monitored because there are times when you see him and he appears to be a step slow and heavy. His game certainly warrents attention, but Cadougan must make sure he stays in great shape and works on his body to help him compete at a high level. | +
